I'm Bre and I'm a sophomore at Michigan State University, majoring in Professional Writing with specializiations in digital writing, web development, editing and publishing. I also have a minor in African Studies. Interesting mix, right?
The moment I entered high school, I was that girl who had a lot of opinions and wrote about them for everyone to read. Since graduating, I write weekly for The Odyssey, a nationwide digital newspaper that reaches college campuses across America. I also freelance blog for the Huffington Post's college section. I'm always on the lookout for new places to contribute my writing to and have recently joined onto Elite Daily's staff. Besides being a writer, I'll be the first to admit I'm a social media addict with a dream of becoming some type of Social Media Manager after graduation.
Besides being quite the writer and social media queen, I am also the Social Media chair for MSU's Jewish Student Union, Publication's Chair for the Pi Beta Phi sorority, a Communications Assistant for the MasterCard Foundation and a competitor on MSU's Debate Team. When I have a moment to breath, I love anything that has to do with puppies, coffee, traveling, and brunch food. But then again, who doesn't? Feel free to contact, follow or add me on any of my social media accounts listed in the Contact Me tab!
